Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation.

During high-demand periods (e.g., new releases or holidays), processing times may take slightly longer.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

You can track your package directly through our carriers website or through your order page.

We use secure and lightweight poly mailers to ensure your products arrive safely and affordably. Most orders fit easily into standard letterboxes.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide, but some regions may have limitations due to shipping regulations or courier restrictions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their country permits the import of items from our store.

6. Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees

Please note; For international orders, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply based on your countries regulations.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

VAT Disclaimer (for Crowned by Lenaa I AM)

VAT Exemption Notice

Crowned by Lenaa I AM is currently operating under the small business VAT exemption scheme in Belgium (Article 56bis of the Belgian VAT Code). Therefore, no VAT is charged on purchases made through this website.

International Orders:

Customers outside of Belgium, including those in the EU and the United States, are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT that may be charged upon delivery by their local authorities.

If and when VAT registration becomes applicable, our VAT number will be provided and the appropriate tax rates will be applied during checkout in accordance with the destination country’s tax rules.     

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at Crownedby.lenaaiam@gmail.com.

We will assist in tracking the package or initiating a claim with the courier.

8. Returns Due to Incorrect Address

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for covering re-shipment fees.
